Rama Crema is a 100% plant-based whipping alternative, made from lentil protein, vegetable fat and oil. It contains 31% fat and is suitable for vegans. It is palm oil and lactose free. It whips easily and holds its volume even without a stabilizer, ideal for preparing desserts like tiramisu or cheesecake, as well as for thickening soups and sauces.
